Oasis Cafe presents: Arneis Quartet [Thurs-4-4 7:30 PM]

Arneis Quartet (Heather Braun, Agnes Kim, Rose Drucker, Daniel Dona), silver medalist of ICMEC 2012, will perform in a benefit concert to support Homeless Shelter support activities by young members of KCB. The quartet will be joined by Michelle LaCourse on viola for the final program of the evening.

The program is as follows:

Haydn String Quartet in D major, Op. 76 No. 5

Andrew List String Quartet No. 4

Beethoven String Quintet in C major, Op. 29

Bookended by the two classic master is a modern piece by Andrew List, who is a composition professor at the Berklee school of music. The musicians all have strong ties to Boston University, having advanced degrees from its music program or on the faculty.
