"Step Into Light" - Virtual Concert on 12.5 Sat (click the photo for more info!)

Step into Light: Finding Comfort Together in Music, our very first virtual concert of the Oasis Music Series on Saturday, was successfully presented on December 5, 2020, at 7 p.m. Through this free virtual concert, we shared hope and comfort as all of us - the audience, performers, and the staff - stepped into the light away from the darkness of our times.

The program includes music by Bach, Handel, Haydn, Mozart, Grieg, Schubert, and Dohnanyi. The performers are professionals active in the Boston area with training at the New England Conservatory of Music, the Longy School of Music, the Boston University, and Swarthmore College. This concert was pre-recorded on November 7th, 2020, following the State of Massachusetts COVID-19 guidelines at the main sanctuary of The Korean Church of Boston in Brookline, Mass. Oasis Music Night is an ongoing free music concert series at the Education & Community Center, hosted by the Korean Church of Boston (KCB), 32 Harvard Street in Brookline, MA.
